Erie, PA Industrial Plating Facility

Erie Hard Chrome has a 30,000-square-foot industrial plating facility that houses state-of-the-art equipment capable of efficiently handling industrial plating and grinding services ranging from the smallest insert pieces to 10 tons in weight. The diversity of our grinding and industrial plating services means superior quality for virtually any job parameters.

Our hard chrome finishes include smoke chrome, flash chrome, build up hard chrome plating, matte finish hard chrome impregnation (Marvalloy), and satin hard chrome.

Our industrial grinding services Erie Precision Grinding include cylindrical, internal, and surface grinding. Our CNC cylindrical grinder can handle up to 157" in length x 31" swing. Our CNC internal grinder is capable up to 12". depth x 20" ID x 31" swing. Our CNC surface grinder has a capacity up to 120" long x 50" wide. Special complimentary services at Erie Hard Chrome include blasting (sand, glass, and vapor honing) as well as pickling (soak acid and pressure wash cleaning).
